For those who do not know him, Mark Jenkins is a Celebrity Trainer, training people professionally since 1993, including the likes of P Diddy, Mary J Blidge, Beyonce, LL Cool J, Busta Rhymes, and many more.
His goal is to share the message of how fitness can change your life, taking him from a life of obscurity in the military to training Fortune 500 CEOs and celebrities, showing how you can empower yourself with exercise.
From starting life as a dancer in Brooklyn as a young child, Mark ended up in a downward spiral trying to fit in, leading him to join the military to get in shape and learn how to defend himself.
His journey led him to become the go-to guy to train military personnel in fitness, and transition into becoming the celebrity trainer he is today.
